India Covid cases tally 1.4 cr over, Daily 900+ deaths

14 lakh active cases past 10 days

According to health ministry data Covid spreading sharp pace in its second wave. Total 2 lakh+ active cases registered yesterday according the source of health ministry. Daily 1000 new fatalities happening day by day. With over 1 lakh infections per day for the ninth consecutive day, India has added 14 lakh cases in nine days. Rajasthan government decided to implement 6pm to 5am curfew in state from today to till Apr 30. Thirty three persons died and 6000 plus tested positive for Covid 19 in the state on Thursday. Government said the positivity and morality were much higher in the first 10 days of April than during the peak of the first wave. Gehlot instructed doctors to conduct a comparative study of infectivity, disease severity and deaths in the first and second wave with an aim of formulating a strategy t o vontain the spread.

Second wave of Corona active, lack of Vaccine concern

Some state government worries about lack of Covid vaccine, but according to health ministry there is no shorten of Vaccine. State government should focus on better planing, said health ministry. Rajasthan also concerning about shorten of vaccine and oxygen supply. To prevent Corona pandemic state government of announced curfew across the state from Friday. Govt. offices to remain open till 4pm, private offices advised to follow the same timing. Schools, coaching institutes and libraries will be closed.
