Good News-New Covid Drug developed, to Challenge Corona- Emergency approval

Anti Covid Drug Deoxy-D- Glucose developed by INAMS by Dr. Reddy

To counter attack the surge of Covid pandemic an anti Covid Drug Deoxy-D-Glucose developed by INAMS with the help of Dr. Reddy. This drug has developed in the Hyderabad DRDO laboratories. According the health ministry this drug will be effective for Covid patients. Further Drugs Controller General of India has approved this drugs to emergency use for Covid 19. Above all INAMS said that this drug can used severe and critical condition of a patient. Drugs comes in the powder form and dissolving in water. The drugs surrounds the virus cells and prevents the reproduction of cells and mutation of virus.

Undoubtedly the drug will be prove as a panacea, said health ministry of India. Clinical trial of this drug is started with the first wave of Corona since April 2020. But at present this drug will be used for the cure of SARS-Cov-2 virus. DGCI approved this drug and now Covid patients will use this drug for emergency and normal use. In the phase 2 trials conducted on the 110 patients and results found positive. The effectiveness of drugs is very faithful and patients showed faster symptomatic cure with this drugs’.

Deoxy-D- Glucose phase 3 trials, found successful- DRDO

After the successful result of Clinical trials of the drug DGCI approved the drug for the phase 3 trials. Phase 3 trials conducted on 220 patients across the country and results also was positive said DRDO. These trials conducted on the above 65 years old Covid patients so it will be very powerful panacea to boost immunity power. It is not a repurposed drugs’. According to reports this drug accumulates the Covid infected cells and and cuts off the energy supply of virus. And when the mutation of virus stops then virus becomes weak and finished few time said DRDO. To seeing the Covid surge this drug can be prove very effective said Health ministry of India.
